All items on this website are digital knitting patterns available as PDF downloads.

• Prices are listed in euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

• Your purchase grants you ongoing access to the files under the terms valid at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Add items to your cart and complete checkout to place your order.

• We accept payments through secure third-party providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, or credit card). Payments are securely processed via encrypted SSL technology.

• An electronic invoice will be available in your account.

• In accordance with EU VAT laws, your country of residence may be confirmed via IP address and billing address. This data remains confidential.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

All patterns are digital-only and delivered via secure download links.
After payment confirmation:

• A download link will be sent to your email.

• Your files are also accessible anytime via your customer account.

• There is no download limit or expiration date.

Please make sure you provide the correct email address. We recommend saving your files locally for long-term use.

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has begun.
By confirming your order, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and waive your cancellation rights.

All purchases are non-refundable, unless the files are defective or not as described. Please shop mindfully.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All patterns, text, images, and design elements on this site are the exclusive property of KatyTricot Knits and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, share, or resell the patterns (in part or whole)

• Redistribute the files in any format

You may:

• Knit the items for personal use or gifts

• Sell handmade items created from the patterns in small quantities, provided credit is given to the designer (e.g. “Design by KatyTricot Knits”)
