All content on this website, including but not limited to photography, text, illustrations and graphics is reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property. Accordance with the code of the intellectual property, is only permitted for private use. All purchases of digital content through this website constitute understanding and agreement to these terms.

Patterns are for personal use only. Do not copy, share or sell the pattern.

PAYMENT

Katytricotknits accepts payment with all major debit and credit cards. An electronic invoice is available in the customer account page.

All given prices on the website are shown in Euros excluding VAT.

Payments to Katytricotknits are processed through a secure payment server that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.

In order to comply with the EU VAT regulations, your location information (country of residence) is confirmed through your IP address and mailing address upon purchase. This information will remain confidential and is never shared with a third party. We respect your privacy.

DELIVERY

All of KatyTricot Knits patterns are for sale as individual PDF downloads. PDFs are delivered digitally; you will not receive by mail a hard copy of a pattern purchased in PDF format.

All products are downloadable and delivered by the intermediary of web links. Downloadable products are delivered through web links to files. These links are available upon receipt of payment of the order in two ways: – Mail received at the customer’s email address registered with us. The subject line is “Product (s) to download.” – In the command history beyond customer account. Customers are allowed 10 separate downloads of a PDF per purchase. Once you download and store a pattern on your computer or device, you should be able to open the saved version in the future — e.g. there should be no need to re-download it each time you need it. However, if you do exceed your download limit for a pattern, please contact us at hello AT katytricotknits DOT com and we’ll be happy to reset the download limit for you.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void. 

All digital products are non-refundable. Please shop mindfully.
